12 Weeks Long prior to any deload or testing, 4x a week, :60-:90 Minutes per session. You will need access to at least 1 Barbell and a way to squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up & Potently a band if you are training at home and do not have a cable machine.

The focus of this program is primarily putting Mass on your frame but you will also get brutally strong and drop body fat if your diet is dialed in due to the giant sets, assistance finishers and Optional Conditioning.
