POWERbuilder LITE - The Scaled Edition

EVERYTHING you LOVE about the original Powerbuilder program - Just scaled back a little.

If you are a Master’s (over 40) Athlete, Novice, a new parent, short on time or have other passions outside of lifting then you may find the original Powerbuilder to be a little much on your recovery.

Thus, here is a scaled back version that is still VERY challenging, just not quite as much of a kick in the teeth as the first one.

The POWERbuilder is 12 Weeks long with deload and testing Included. 4x a week, :60-:90 Minutes per session.  You will need access to at least 1 Barbell and a way to squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up & Potently a band if you are training at home and do not have a cable machine.

The Focus of this program is to primarily drive up your strength, but as long as your diet is correct, then you will also gain some mass and could potentially also drop body fat due to the giant sets, conditioning and Mindset Challenges.
