12 Weeks with deload and testing Included. 4x a week, :60-:90 Minutes per session. You will need access to at least 1 Barbell and a way to squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up & Potently a band if you are training at home and do not have a cable machine.

The Focus of this program is to primarily drive up your strength, but as long as your diet is correct, then you will also gain some mass and could potentially also drop body fat due to the giant sets, conditioning and Mindset Challenges.
