45 MASTER SESSIONS for OLD(er) ATHLETES

This is my first program primarily focused on work appropriate for aging lifters or individuals who have a lot of miles under the bar.

Each section of these 45 workouts are performed on the clock and you will be breathing hard at the end of every 30-40 Minute session.

This program consists of 9, 5 Day blocks and gives you a choice of your frequency.  Some athletes will fit the full 5 day block into a 7 day week while others will stretch out the sessions over a 10 Day span to allow for more recovery.  There are many ways to run this program increasing its reusability.   

Each training day you will be provided with all exercises, percentages and suggested variations.  Each session can be re-run numerous different ways and you have the autonomy to change the intensity on the fly, making each session as hard as you want to in order to fit your level of fitness or oldness.

9 Blocks of coaching, 5 Workouts per block, 45 Total sessions, , :30-50 Minutes spent in the gym (including set-up and break down) and lots of opportunity to reuse the program.

You will need access to at least 1 Barbell and a way to squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up & potentially a band if you are training at home and do not have a cable machine. A sandbag, medicine ball or other odd object would be very helpful as well but is not necessary to complete the program.

Other than the above, you will only need a clock or timer (your phone has both) to monitor as you go through the training sessions.  Watch your form improve while your body fat shrinks and your work capacity grows.  This program will not only make you stronger but it will also make your body function better, feel better and help you win the fight against gravity and the grave.
