MONDAY, 06AUGUST2018 - Work For Today
Wave 2/Week 9/Day 1

CONDITIONING - Get as Far into the Ladder as possible in 10 Minutes
1 Cluster (Thruster + the Clean)
1 Barbell Step-Up W/ Bar in Front Rack Position (Each Side)
1 Burpee Box Jump

Then 2 reps for each exercise, then 3, 4, 5...Etc
Get as Far as You can in 10 Minutes

STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 1RM Box Squat
Between Rounds Complete:
10 Standing Banded Crunches (As Heavy As Possible)
:30 Seconds Kettlebell Swings

VOLUME - 3 Rounds
Set 1: As many Box Squats as Possible @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Standing Banded Crunches (As Heavy As Possible)
Set 2: 5 Box Squats @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Standing Banded Crunches (As Heavy As Possible)
Set 3: 5 Box Squats @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Standing Banded Crunches (As Heavy As Possible)

STRONGMAN - 1 Round Whatever Implement You want.
Keg/Stone/H-Stone/Sandbag/Sled/Yoke/Person...Whatever... to the Barn and Back. Implement should be at least Bodyweight. This should be one of the hardest things you ever do at our gym. Fastest time wins.
