Dumbbell ManMakers (Heavier Than you want to)
Burpee Pull-Ups
If you Really Want to Be Challenged, Do this with a Weight Vest or Weighted Backpack. 

If Done at the right Weight and speed, this will be one of the hardest Challenges you Have done.
