STRENGTH - At the Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes
1: 3 Reps of a Deadlift Variation - Add Weight Every Set you are able, remove weight when needed but you are working up to a 3 RM for the Day in 10 Minutes. 

Rest 2 minutes to Rotate and set-up your Next Bar. 

2: 3 Reps of a Clean & Press Variation. Same idea. 
Rest 2 minutes to Rotate and set-up your Next Bar. 

3: 3 Reps of a Load Variation. Same idea. 
Rest 2 minutes to Rotate and set-up your Next Bar. 

4. 2: 100 Foot Carry Variation. Same idea. 
Rest 2 minutes to Rotate and set-up your Next Bar. 

5: 3 Reps of a Weighted pull-Up or Row Variation. Same idea. 
Rest 2 minutes to Rotate and set-up your Next Bar.
