STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 1RM Axle Deadlift
Between Rounds Complete:
5 Overhead Side Bends (Each Side)
200 Meter Sled Sprint (To the Barn & Back)
:90 Seconds Rest

STRONGMAN - 2 Rounds
As Many Axle Deadlifts as Possible in :60 Seconds @ 80% of your Top Weight from above.  USE STRAPS! 

ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds
:20 Seconds Bulgarian Split Squats (Left)
:20 Seconds Bulgarian Split Squats (Right)
:20 Seconds Front Squats (Same Bar)
Rest 1:00 Minutes, and Add At least 20 lbs.
