50 Foot Farmer's Walk (HEAVY!)

VOLUME 
Set 1: As many Front Squats as Possible @ 80% of your 1RM

Set 2: 5 Front Squats @ 80% of Your 3RM
10 Ab wheel Roll-Outs
Set 3: 5 Front Squats @ 80% of your 3RM
10 Ab wheel Roll-Outs

STRONGMAN - With A Small Group
As Many Tire Flips as Possible in 8 Minutes.

ASSISTANCE - As Many Rounds As Possible n 10 Minutes
10 Seated SSB Good Mornings
