100 Foot Bear Crawl

SPEED - At the Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes
3 Banded Deadlifts @ 50% of Your 1Rep Banded Maximum
Plank For the Remainder of the Minute

STRONGMAN - Stone to Shoulder Sprinting Ladder
5 Stones INCREASING in weight, placed 50 Feet Apart. 
Pick First Stone and Shoulder it.
Sprint across the Room to the heavier Stone and Shoulder it. 
Continue to do this until all the Stones Have been Shouldered. 
Last Stone Should be approximately Bodyweight.
