STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 3RM Axle Deadlift
Between Rounds Complete:
5 Overhead Side Bends (Each Side)
200 Meter Farmer's Walk (To the Barn & Back)
:90 Seconds Rest

STRONGMAN - 2 Rounds
As Many Axle Deadlifts as Possible in :60 Seconds @ 80% of your Top Weight from above. 

ASSISTANCE - As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes
6 Bulgarian Split Squats (Each Side)
12 Front Squats (Same Bar & Weight)
8 Sumo Stiff Leg Deadlifts (Same Bar & Weight)
12 Glute Ham Raises, Reverse Hyper or 45 Degree Back Raise
