FOR WARM-UPS: 
Each Group will be given 10 minutes with Each implement. 
So you Have 40 minutes to Work Technique and decide what weights your Group will compete with. Do what you think is right, but don't be the athlete that holds your group back. Leave your comfort zone. Grow.

Then We will Run 1 Man and & Woman Athlete in a Heat, Head to Head.
