At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes Complete
4 Squats @ 65% of your 1RM
6 Kettlebell or Medicine Ball Squat Jumps (immediately after last Squat)

STRONGMAN - At the Top of Every Minute for 5 Minutes
4 Atlas Stone To Shoulder
4 Burpees

MINDSET - Atlas Stone to Shoulder Ladder
5 Stones Ascending from Lightest to Heaviest. 
At the Command of "Go" Should the First Stone & Wait for Down Command.
Immediately move onto the next Stone.  
Time Stops when the Last "Down" Command is called. 
Do this as Many Times as you want. 

ASSISTANCE - 4 Rounds

10 Weighted Sit-Ups
10 Atlas Stone Squats
