Wave 2/Week 4/Day 3

SPEED 
At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes Complete 3 Single Arm Dumbbell Clean & Presses @ 65% of your 1RM - Each Side (Clean every rep) use 2 hands on your clean.  If you are Using a CDB, then it is only One Side Per Round. 

STRENGTH - 5 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
3 Weighted Pull-Ups or Lat Pull-Downs (As heavy As Possible) 
5 “Z” Presses (As Heavy As Possible)
15 "V" Sit-Ups
100 Foot Prowler Sprint

ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
10 Plyometric Push-Ups onto Stacks of plates
10 Dips (Bench Dips if Necessary)
15 Rope or Band Tricep Push-Downs

MINDSET - Handstand Challenge.
Hold a Handstand (Against a wall) For as Long as possible. 2:45 is the current record I believe.
