Wave 1/Week 2/Day 6

CONDITIONING - At the Top of Every Minute
3 Burpee Buy In
Then as Many Kettlebell Swings as Possible for the Remainder of the Minute. 
But every time that Second Hand ticks back over, you need to buy back in with 3 Burpees. 
You are Done when you have reached 100 Swings. - WEIGHTS SHOULD BE HEAVY.

STRENGTH - 6 Rounds
5 Chest Supported Rows (As Heavy As Possible)
2 Bench Presses @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Knees to Elbows
:90 Seconds Rest

ASSISTANCE - 5 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
8 Dumbbell Rows - each side (As Heavy As Possible)
8 Close Grip Bench Presses (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Medicine Ball Slams
:90 Seconds Rest

CONDITIONING - Push-Up Challenge
Begin in a standing position.
Drop and Complete 1 Push-Up
Return to standing position
Drop and Complete 2 Push-Ups
Return to standing position
Drop and Complete 3 Push-Ups
Return to standing position
….Work you way up to 10 Push-Ups, then work your way back down the ladder. No rest on this one.

STRONGMAN - Yokes. Go Fast and Light or Heavy and Slow, but put some time in.
