So this is a Sprint.

STRENGTH - 4 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
8 Weighted Chin-Ups (As Heavy As Possible)
8 Axle Clean & Presses @ 70% of your 1RM (1 Clean & Press away )
20 Hollow Rocks
:90 Seconds Rest

STRONGMAN - With a Partner (I told you to choose wisely...)
Partner A: Max Effort Farmer's Handle Hold
Women's Weight: 115lbs per Hand
Men's Weight: 205lbs per Hand
Partner B: Max Reps Burpees

RULES: You are racing to 75 Burpees...Continue to switch positions as needed, but you can only be performing Burpees when the Farmer's handles are off the Ground.  As soon as your partner drops them, you have to stop and switch positions.  Continue to vacillate positions until you reach 75 total Burpees.  15 Minute Time Cap.

OPTIONAL ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
15 Neutral Grip Dumbbell Bench Presses (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Ring Dips (Regular Dips or Bench Dips if Necessary)
