Wave 1/Week 1/Day 5

CONDITIONING 
20 Deadlifts With Your Bodyweight on the Bar
:30 Seconds Double Unders or 1:00 Minute Regular Jumps
15 Squats Wth Your Bodyweight on the Bar
:30 Seconds Double Unders or 1:00 Minute Regular Jumps
10 Power Cleans With your Bodyweight (.75 BW Scaled) on the Bar
:30 Seconds Double Unders or 1:00 Minute Regular Jumps

STRENGTH - 4 Rounds
8 Deadlifts @ 70% of Your 1RM
8 Barbell Landmines (Each Side)
1 Lap of the Farmer's Walk Obstacle Course (I'll Explain)
8 Burpee Pull-Ups or Burpee Bar touches 

STRONGMAN MINDSET - Car Deadlift or Regular Deadlift Add/Drop Set
Begin with a weight around 50% of your 1RM and Complete 6 Reps.
Immediately Add Weight to the Bar and perform 6 More Reps.
Add more weight to the bar and do 6 more.
Continue to do this until you are unable to complete all 6 Reps.
Once you have found your top set, immediately drop weight and perform 6 Reps.
Continue to drop the weight in this fashion, while completing sets of 6, until you are back to your starting weight.  You are welcome.

OPTIONAL ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds
10 Glute Ham Raises
10 Dumbbell Rows (Each Side)
10 Good Mornings
