STRONGMAN CONDITIONING - At The Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes
50 Foot Farmer’s Carry (With Dumbbells or Implements) @ 85% of your 50 Foot Maximum Carry
5 Squat Jumps (Max Height)

STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 3RM Deficit Deadlift
Between Attempts Complete:
1:00 Minute Plank
10 Burpee Box Jumps

STRONGMAN - 1 or 2 Rounds (Your Call) of the Following Deadlift Medley
:60 Seconds with Down Commands
1 Axle Deadlift @ 2x Bodyweight
1 18" Deadlift @ 3x Bodyweight
As Many Conventional Deadlifts as Possible @ 1.5x Bodyweight

ASSISTANCE - 4 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
12 Sumo Stance Stiff Leg Deadlifts (As Heavy As Possible)
12 Reverse Hypers or GHR's or Back Extions
15 Chest Supported Rows or Seal Rows
Rest :90 Seconds, Manipulate weight if necessary and get right back to your first exercise.
