Wave 3/Week 8/Day 6

TEAM CONDITIONING - In Teams of 3
30 Pull-Ups
40 Burpees
10 Passes of Animal Walks (Your Choice)
150 Sit-Ups
200 Squats
10 Passes of Lunges
120 Push-Ups
40 Burpees

All Exercises must be completed in order. 
All Reps Must Be completed before moving onto the next exercise.
Only one Athlete Can be Working at A time.
Hope Your Teammates can keep count.
Once your team has hit the required number of reps, you move onto the next exercise. 
First team To complete the list wins.

STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 3RM Close Grip Bench Press
Between Rounds Complete:
5 Yates Rows (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Windshield Wipers (Each Side)
30 Double Unders or :90 Seconds Regular Rope Jumps

VOLUME
Set 1: As many Close Grip Bench Presses as Possible @ 80% of your 3RM
5 Yates Rows (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Windshield Wipers(Each Side)

Set 2: 8 Close Grip Bench Presses @ 80% of your 3RM
5 Yates Rows (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Windshield Wipers (Each Side)

Set 3: 8 Close Grip Bench Presses @ 80% of your 3RM
5 Yates Rows (As Heavy As Possible)

ASSISTANCE - 4 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
15 Neutral Grip Standing Dumbbell Strict Presses  (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Plyometric Push-Ups (onto plates stacked on both sides of you)
15 Rope or Banded Tricep Extensions (As Heavy As Possible)
:90 Seconds Rest
