Partner A: 120 Foot Bear Crawl
Partner B:

5 Push-Ups
7 Squats
...Who ever gets Done faster, gets more rest! Choose your partner wisely! 

STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 1RM Floor Press
Between Rounds Complete:
10 Full Contact Twists (Each Side)
8 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (Each Side - As Heavy As Possible)

VOLUME
Set 1: As many  Floor Presses as Possible @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Full Contact Twists (Each Side)

Set 2: 5 Floor Presses @ 80% of Your 1RM
10 Full Contact Twists (Each Side)

Set 3: 5 Floor Presses @ 80% of Your 1RM
10 Full Contact Twists (Each Side)

ASSISTANCE - 4 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
15 Neutral Grip Dumbbell Bench Presses (As Heavy As Possible)
15 Dips (Bench Dips if Necessary)
15 Cable Tricep Extensions (As Heavy As Possible)
:90 Seconds Rest

MINDSET - Push-Up Challenge
Begin in a standing position.
Drop and Complete 1 Push-Up
Return to standing position
Drop and Complete 2 Push-Ups
Return to standing position
Drop and Complete 3 Push-Ups
Return to standing position
….Work you way up to 15 Push-Ups, then work your way back down the ladder. No rest on this one.
