CONDITIONING - As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 Minutes

3 Burpees

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Squats 


MEN: 9,000 lbs

WOMEN: 6,000 lbs.

Single Reps only.

I Tire Flip

1 Squat (Whatever Variation You Choose)

1 Sled Drag (50 Ft)

Warm-ups Count toward total. 


1 Tire Flip @ 500lbs

1 Box Squat @ 405 lbs

1 Sled Drag @ 600lbs 


1,505 Total for that Round. 

Stay light and Fast with a lot of Rounds or work up to something heavy.  You Choose Your Own Adventure. Just Remember that we have Deadlift PRs Monday.  So if you might face a choice between a Squat PR and a Deadlift PR. Both could happen, but it is iffy.
