STRENGTH - You Have 30 Minutes to Work up to a 5RM Front Squat
Between Rounds Complete:
10 Ab Wheel Roll-Outs
10 Dumbbell Turkish Get-Ups (5 Each Side)

VOLUME
Set 1: As many Front Squats as Possible @ 80% of your 5RM
10 Ab wheel Roll-Outs

Set 2: 10 Front Squats @ 80% of Your 5RM
10 Ab wheel Roll-Outs

Set 3: 10 Front Squats @ 80% of your 5RM
10 Ab wheel Roll-Outs

STRONGMAN - "As Many Rounds As Needed" of the Following Medley
At the Command of "Go", the Athlete will complete:
4 Tire Flips
120 Foot Keg Carry
3 Stone to Shoulder
...Times and weights will be posted. Don't be Slow.  Don't be Light. 

ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
10 Barbell Walking Lunges (Each Side)
6 Barbell Step-Ups w/ Bar in Front Rack position (Each Side)
15 Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts
