10 Dumbbell Snatches (Each Side)
MINDSET - Deadlift Add/Drop Set
Start @ 50% of your top set on the bar.
7 Reps per set.
No Rest, your Teammates will Load for you.
once you fail on the way up, you work back down. Same jumps, same reps.
ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
10 Strict Barbell Bent Over Rows (As Heavy As Possible)
10 Glute Ham Raises
10 Seated Good mornings (Moderate Weight)
Rest :90 Seconds, Manipulate weight if necessary and get right back to your first exercise.
