CONDITIONING - 3:00 Minutes Work / 1:00 Minute rest for 3 Rounds
5 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
5 Pull-Ups
5 Power Cleans
5 MMA Get-Up / Lateral Jumps (over the Barbell)
5 Medicine Ball Jumps

STRENGTH - 8 Rounds...Add Weight Every Round you Are able to. 
3 Squats (Whatever Variation You wish)
3 Pendlay Rows
3 Bench Presses
10 Knees to Elbows

ASSISTANCE - 3 Rounds
Max Reps Neutral Grip Dumbbell Bench Presses
Max Reps Dips
Max Reps Tricep Push-Downs

MINDSET - Push-Up Challenge - No Rest Between Sets
Drop, Complete 1 Push-Up & Stand. 
Immediately Drop and complete 2 Push-Ups & Stand.
Then Drop and do 3 Push-Ups & Stand. 
....Work your way up to 10 Reps.  If you have anything left, work your way back down.
