8 Rounds (4:00 Minutes) of Plyometric Push-Ups onto 14" Jerk Blocks

STRENGTH - 5 Rounds, All exercises should be performed as heavy as possible

STRONGMAN EVENTS - 7 Rounds With A Partner
75 Foot Hand-Over Hand Truck Pull
75 Foot Truck Push
*At the Command of "Go" The team of Athletes will begin pulling a rope that is attached to a truck, towing it a full 75 Feet.  Once the distance has been reached, the team will immediately drop the rope and begin pushing the truck back to the starting line.  Time stops once the truck is in its original position.
