STRONGMAN CONDITIONING
Minute 1: 2 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight on the Bar
Minute 2: 4 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight on the Bar
Minute 3: 6 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight on the Bar
