STRENGTH - 7 Rounds, All Exercises should be performed as heavy as possible
3 Weighted Pull-Ups
3 Incline Log Bench Presses
10 Windshield Wipers (10 Each Side)

STRONGMAN 
400 Meter Sandbag Carry @ Bodyweight.  Every time you drop the sandbag, complete 10 MMA Get-Ups as Penalty
