CONDITIONING - At the Top of every minute for 12 Minutes, Complete:
3 Pull-Ups
3 Burpee Lateral Jumps
2 Curtis P's*

* 1 Curtis P =  Clean the Barbell From the Floor to Front Rack Position.  Perform a Barbell Lunge with your Right Leg, then Lunge once with your Left Leg and finish the movement with an Overhead Press before returning the bar to the floor.  

STRENGTH - 7 Rounds, All Exercises should be performed As Heavy As Possible
3 Squats
50 Foot Farmer's Walk
20 Hollow Rocks

STRONGMAN EVENTS - Last Man Standing Atlas Stone Loads
3 Loads At Each Stone Weight.  If you Miss one rep, you are out.
You have :60 Total Seconds to Complete ALL 3 Reps.
