Wave 2/Week 4/Day 1

CONDITIONING - "Bring Sally Up"  Burpee Broad Jumps
Follow the Lyrics on the song.  Every time it cues you to "Bring Sally Down", Drop into the bottom portion of a push-up (Nothing but your hands and feet touching the ground!) and remain there until the song tells your to "Bring Sally Up".  Every time that happens, recover to your feet and broad jump as far as you can.

STRENGTH
You have 20 Minutes to work up to a Heavy 18" Deadlift or Farmer's Handle Deadlift

Once the 20 Minutes has expired, Complete 5 Rounds of:
5 Deadlifts @ 80% of your 1RM
100 Foot Keg or Sandbag Carry
5 Box Jumps

STRONGMAN EVENTS - 8 Rounds
150 Foot Sled Drag Sprint Relay Races
