MINDSET - 10 Minute Plank
You can rotate from hand to hand, drop to your elbows, shake out your hands or even downward dog it at times. Do whatever you need to do, but do not let your knees, stomach or chest touch the deck...If they do, complete a 5 Burpee Penalty on the spot and immediately return to plank position.
STRENGTH & SKILL
You have 35 Minutes to work on your Axle Jerk Technique out of a rack.
Work up to a 1RM then drop the weight back down and hit triples for the remainder of the time.
10 Pull-Ups & 10 Toes to Bar Between Attempts.
At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes, Complete a 100 Foot Yoke Walk @ 70% of Your 1RM.
