CONDITIONING - Wheel Barrow Walks With a Partner
:30 Seconds Work / :30 Seconds Rest for 12 Minutes
- Partner "A" holds the feet of Partner "B" while they perform :30 Seconds of Wheel Barrow Walks.  At the :30 Second mark, the partners switch positions.  Continue to do this for the entirety of the 12 Minutes

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 5 Rounds. All Exercises should be performed as heavy as possible

5 Axle Overhead Side Bends (Each Side)
