15 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
15 Floor Presses
Run 400 Meters
10 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
10 Floor Presses
Run 400 Meters
5 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
5 Floor Presses
Run 400 Meters

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 4 Rounds, All exercises should be performed as heavy as possible 
8 Deadlifts
8 Single Arm Kettlebell Rows (Each Side)
8 Strict Presses (Out of the Rack)
8 Kettlebell Sit-Ups

EVENTS - 5 Rounds of Yoke Walk/Keg Carry Races
At the command of "Go", the athlete will Complete a 100 Foot Yoke Carry @ 2.25x Bodyweight, immediately followed by a 100 Foot Keg Carry @ Bodyweight.  Time stops when the Keg crosses the finish line.  Try to beat your previous attempts every round.
