Partner 1: Sprint 150 Feet Carrying a Medicine Ball and handoff to Partner 2
Partner 2: Sprint 150 Feet Back to the starting line Carrying the Medicine Ball and hand it off
Partner 3: Sprint the Final 150 Feet Carrying the Medicine Ball to finish 

STRENGTH - 4 Rounds, All exercises should be performed as heavy as possible

8 Flat Bench Presses
8 Knees to Elbows
