Wave 2/Week 2/Day 1

CONDITIONING - 3 Rounds
:60 Seconds Max Effort Squats @ Bodyweight on the Bar
:60 Seconds Rest
:60 Seconds Max Distance Farmer's Carry @ 50% of Bodyweight In Each Hand
:60 Seconds Rest
:60 Seconds Max Effort Dimel Deadlifts @ Bodyweight on the Bar
:60 Seconds Rest

STRENGTH - Deadlift ADD/DROP Set with a partner
Complete 8 Reps @ 50% of your 1RM
Your partner Immediately adds 10-20lbs and you complete another 8 Reps
Your partner Immediately adds 10-20lbs and you complete another 8 Reps
Continue this pattern until you can no longer complete the set.  

Then DROP the weight by 10-20lbs and complete 8 Reps.
Continue to drop weight each set until you work your way all the way back down to 50% of Your 1RM

MINDSET
Get a Mouthful of water.
Complete 8 Rounds
:20 Seconds Kettlebell Snatches
:10 Seconds Rest
Spit the Water out.

Embrace the suck.  You will feel like you cannot breathe, but you can.  Stay mentally strong and make your body do what your mind is telling you it can't.
