Wave 2/Week 1/Day 5
CONDITIONING - As Fast As You Can
At the Top of Every Minute complete 3 Box Jumps. For the remainder of the Minute, complete as many Front Squats @ 40% of your 1RM Maximum as Possible.
Continue this pattern until you have reached 100 front squats.
STRENGTH - 5 Rounds, All exercises should be performed as heavy as possible
5 Deficit Deadlifts (3” Deficit)
5 Supinated Barbell Rows
5 Floor Presses
STRONGMAN EVENTS - 5 Rounds of Tire Flip Suicides
Begin at the Starting line
Flip the Tire Once
Sprint back to the Starting line
Sprint back to the tire and flip it again. Then turn and sprint back to the starting line.
Sprint back to the tire and flip it another time. Turn and sprint back to the starting line.
Continue to do this until you have completed 6 Tire flips.
