Wave 2/Week 1/Day 3

CONDITIONING - As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes
10 Burpees
60 Meter Hill Sprint

STRENGTH - 5 Rounds, All Exercises Should be Performed As Heavy As Possible
5 Squats
10 Glute Ham Raises or Stiff Legged Deadlifts
10 Dragon Flags

Immediately after your final round is complete, drop your squat weight to 70% of your heaviest set and complete 20 reps.  No racks allowed.
