STRENGTH - 5 Rounds, All Exercises Should Be Performed As Heavy As Possible
5 Rack Deadlifts
10 Pull-Up Bar Touches**
5 Log Clean & Presses (Clean Every Rep)
**Pull-Up Bar Touches: Perform A regular Pull-Up, but at the top of the movement release the bar with one hand a touch a spot a foot above your pull-up bar.  Catch the bar on the way back down and drop back to the bottom of the movement. This = 1 Repetition. Alternate hands every rep.
