Wave 1/Week 4/Day 3

CONDITIONING - 5 Rounds with a Partner
Partner A: 400 Foot Farmer's Walk (Bodyweight in Each hand)
Partner B: 20 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Jumping Lunges, 20 Jumping Squats

Partner A takes off with the Farmer's Handles as Partner B begins the bodyweight circuit.  When Partner A gets back with the handles, Partner B stops where they are and the athletes switch places.  Be a good friend, the faster you walk the less work your partner has to do.   

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 4 Rounds, As Heavy As Possible
8 Power Cleans (First set should not be lighter than 70% of your 1RM)
8 Bench Presses (First set should not be lighter than 70% of your 1RM)
8 Pull-Ups or 16 Inverted Rows

EVENTS - Take as Many Rounds As Needed to hit a 1RM Zercher Yoke Carry
