MONDAY, 17AUGUST2015 - Work For Today
Wave 1/Week 4/Day 1

CONDITIONING - 5 Rounds of 3 Man Team Prowler Races
First team member sprints 100 Feet Pushing the Prowler.  Second Team Member turns the sled and pushes it back.  The Third Athlete takes the Prowler the final 100 Feet to the finish line. 

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 4 Rounds, All exercises should be performed as heavy as possible
8 Deadlifts
8 Atlas Stone To Shoulder
20 Hollow Rocks
100 Foot Keg Carry

EVENTS - Last Man Standing, Axle Deadlift Party
20 Pound incremental Jumps
:60 Seconds to Complete the Lift
No Straps, No Suits, No Tacky
If you drop the Axle at ANY time during the movement, the lift does not count. The Athlete may attempt the weight as many times as the :60 Second Time Limit Allows.
