STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
1 Squat @ 80% of your 1RM
30 Double Unders or 100 Regular Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings
1 Squat @ 85% of your 1RM
30 Double Unders or 100 Regular Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings
1 Squat @ 90% of your 1RM
30 Double Unders or 100 Regular Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings
1 Squat @ 92.5% of your 1RM
30 Double Unders or 100 Regular Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings
1 Squat @ 95% of your 1RM
30 Double Unders or 100 Regular Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings

***Immediately after your last set of kettlebell swings, drop your squat weight by 50% and complete a non broken set of 25 reps.  It doesn't matter how long it takes, but the bar must stay on your back for the entirety of the set.

EVENTS  
Take as many rounds as needed to work up to a new 50 Foot Farmer's Walk PR.
Between each attempt, complete 20 Globlet Squats and 10 Toes to Bar.
