CONDITIONING - 3:00 Minutes Work / 1:00 Minute Rest for 6 Rounds
8 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
8 Burpee Lateral Jumps
8 Pull-Ups
8 Dips
8 Squat Cleans
8 Box Jumps
50 Continental Clean & Presses.  Any rep or set scheme you want.  You can choose to train heavy or go light.  This is all about working the technique and getting a lot of repetitions done. Perfect practice make perfect performance.  ALL reps should start from the floor.
