8 Strict Presses (As Heavy As Possible.  Ramp up and back Down if Necessary)
20 Hollow Rocks
:90 Seconds rest to record your set and add weight

ACCESSORY - 3" Deficit Deadlifts
Start a Clock and compete as many 3" Deficit Deadlifts as Possible in 10 Minutes

EVENTS - 12 Minutes With a Partner
Keg Carries.  Partner 1 carries the keg as far as they can.  As soon as they drop the keg, partner 2 steps in and continues the keg walk while Partner 1 rests.  Continue to vacillate between partners until the 12 minutes is up.
