ODD MINUTES:
1 Barbell Snatch, Adding Weight Every Round
EVEN MINUTES: 1 Power Clean, Adding Weight Every Round

Begin at a moderate weight on both movements.  With every Minute that Passes, add weight to the bar.  Continue to do this until you can no longer progress. Use the remainder of the minute to rest, add plates to the bar and strategize what your next attempt will be.
