CONDITIONING - As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes
5 Burpee Pull-Ups
5 Sumo Deadlift high Pulls (Same Weight As Your Curtis P's)
5 Box Jumps
5 Curtis P's ** (Same Weight As Your SDHP's)

** 1 Curtis P = Clean the bar from the floor to front rack.  Perform 1 lunge with your left leg (bar in front rack), 1 lunge with your right leg (bar in front rack), then a push-press and return the bar to the floor.  

EVENTS - Yoke Walks
You have 40 Minutes to Hit a New 1RM 50 Foot Yoke Walk.  This is your first chance to hit a PR this week week. It is going to be a brutal 7 Days, try to start it out right.
