Wave 2/Week 9/Day 5 

CONDITIONING - 1:00 Minute Work / 1:00 Minute Rest for 12 Minutes
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings 
* You have 1:00 Minute to complete 30 Russian Dumbbell Swings.  If you do not complete ALL 30 Swings in the given time frame, count a penalty.  1 Penalty = 10 Burpees.  After your 12 Minutes is complete, count up your number of penalties and pay up.  

STRENGTH
Take As Many Rounds As Needed to Work up to a 1RM 6 Second Paused Front Squat.
Between Attempts: Complete a 400 Meter Run and a 1:00 Minute Plank

EVENTS - Last Man Standing Axle Deadlift
20lb Jumps.  You have :30 Seconds to complete the lift.  All athletes must wait for a “Down” Command before lowering the axle.  If you drop the axle at any point, the lift will not count.
