CONDITIONING  
Tabata Dimel Deadlifts @ 35% of your 1RM (:20 Seconds Work / :10 Seconds Rest for 8 Rounds or a total of 4:00 Minutes)

CONDITIONING & STRENGTH - 6 Rounds
1:00 Minute Max Effort Sledge Hammer Swings
Rest 1:00 Minute
2 Deadlifts @ 85% of your 1RM.  On your last (6th) Set, complete as many reps as possible.

ACCESSORY GIANT SET - 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
3 Double Pause Deadlifts or Farmer's Handle Deadlifts
6 Weighted Pull-Ups
6 Weighted Dips 
10 Single Arm Kettlebell Sit-Ups (Each Side)
Strict :90 Seconds or Rest Between Rounds

***If you struggle with deadlifts off the floor, complete the double pause reps.  If you struggle at Lockout, perform the Farme's Handle deads.
