EVENTS - Stone Series / Tire Flips
5 Stones of Increasing Weight As Fast As Possible
Then immediately perform 5 Tire Flip / Burpee Box Jumps**
**Complete a Tire Flip and immediately perform a burpee box jump up onto the tire. This constitutes one repetition.
