SATURDAY, 30MAY2015 - Work For Today
Wave 1/Week 4/Day 6

CONDITIONING
“Bring Sally Up” Burpee/Push-Up holds.  Hit play on the song and follow the lyrics.  Every time the song tells you to “bring Sally down” lower yourself into the bottom part of the push-up position and hold it until you are told to “bring Sally up”.  When you do come up, andcomplete a burpee lateral jump over a bar

CONDITIONING EVENT 1 - Battle Ropes In Teams of 3
Alternate people working and people resting as needed, but keep the Ropes Moving for 5:00 Total Minutes
* Every time the rope stops moving, the team will be counted a 5 Bodyweight man maker penalty  to be completed after the 5:00 Minute time cap is up (if the rope stops 3 total times, your team owes 15 Bodyweight Man Makers before moving onto the next event.

CONDITIONING EVENT 2 - Walking Keg Overhead Holds in Teams of 3
Alternate people into different positions as needed, but all 3 Athlete's Hands must hold the Keg locked out and walking over head for 5:00 total Minutes
* Every time the keg drops from locked out position, the team will be counted a 5 Bodyweight man maker penalty  to be completed after the 5:00 Minute time cap is up
 
CONDITIONING EVENT 3 - Tire Overhead Holds in Teams of 3
Alternate people into different positions as needed, but all 3 Athlete's Hands must hold the tire locked out over head for 5:00 total Minutes
* Every time the tire drops from locked out position, the team will be counted a 5 Bodyweight man maker penalty  to be completed after the 5:00 Minute time cap is up

CONDITIONING EVENT 4 - Atlas Stone Passes in Teams of 3
3 Athletes must transfer An Atlas Stone from Individual to individual using only their hands and arms.  
* Every time the Stone drops, the team will be counted a 5 Bodyweight man maker penalty  to be completed after the 5:00 Minute time cap is up

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
At the top of Every Minute for 20 Minutes Complete 3 Thrusters Out of the Rack. 
Start light and add weight every round that you are able.
