3:00 Minutes of Prowler pushing @ 2.5x your body weight
1:00 Minute Rest
* Every Time you stop the forward movement of the prowler (other than on your turns) drop and complete a 5 burped penalty on the spot.

Then 8 Rounds 
3:00 Minutes of sled dragging @ 2.5x your body weight
1:00 Minute Rest
* Every Time you stop the forward movement of the sled (other than on your turns) drop and complete a 5 burped penalty on the spot.
