CONDITIONING
At the Top of Every :90 Seconds for 10 Rounds, complete a 100 Foot Farmer's Walk.  Add weight every round that you are able.

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 6 Rounds
8 Single Arm Kettlebell Rows (Each Side)
2 Bench Presses @ 80% of your 1RM
5 Kettlebell Snatches (Each Side)
10 Russian Twists (Each Side)

EVENTS - 6 Rounds
100 Foot Yoke walk @ 70% of your 1RM
8 Incline Log Bench Presses (Adding Weight Every Round)
